Frank Merrill - Community Architectural Guidance - Oversees architectural and design-review matters to help protect community aesthetics and property values.
Erin Brown - Community Affairs - Handles outreach, community events, and homeowner communications to foster engagement and community spirit.
Erin Brown - Grounds and Landscaping - Supervises common-area landscaping, maintenance planning, and ensures the community’s outdoor spaces are well-kept.
Alexa Merrill - Welcome Committee - Coordinates welcoming new homeowners, assists with community orientation, and helps introduce residents to neighborhood resources.
